One of the lecturers of our department, Lect. Dr. Kadir TUNÇER, one of the academic staff of our department, as a researcher and Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University as a partner within the scope of the Erasmus+ project titled ‘GreenwithAR - Green Deal Awareness through Augmented Reality in Primary School Education’, an international conference titled "Empowering Education for a Sustainable Tomorrow: Innovations, Inclusion and Impact" conference was organised.

 

Bringing together educators, researchers, university students, prospective teachers and technologists, this event was organised to raise awareness of environmental challenges, promote cutting-edge technologies such as augmented reality and artificial intelligence, and drive effective educational initiatives.

 

Within the scope of the conference, Lecturer. Dr. Kadir TUNÇER organised ‘Workshop on Augmented Reality Based Examples in Education’ for prospective teachers and all participants. In this context, information about augmented reality and virtual reality was given and AR application examples were carried out with the active participation of the participants.
